As winter begins to ease and the light slowly returns, this sound bath invites you into a gentle inner stirring - an awakening to the self you are becoming.
March is the meeting point between stillness and movement. The earth is slowly warming. The days stretch a little longer. Beneath the surface, new life is quietly preparing to emerge. In this session, we honour this transition with space to be quiet, listen, and allow what is ready to rise within you.
You’ll be immersed in crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, grounding frequencies and the subtle vibrations of a crystal pyramid - guiding the nervous system into slower brainwave states associated with deep relaxation and restoration.
