A Bit About Me
I’m Mary, a wellness curator and sound therapist creating immersive experiences that invite people to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
My work brings together sound, meditation, movement and nature to create meaningful experiences for individuals, organisations and destinations - from intimate sound baths and private sessions to corporate wellbeing, retreats, festivals and bespoke wellness programmes.
With a background in fashion, branding, marketing and events, I’ve always been interested in the feeling that sits behind a brand or an experience - how a space looks, sounds and feels, and how those details can change the way we experience ourselves within it.
The power of slowing down

Wellness practices should feel accessible, grounded and real. It doesn't need to be intimidating, overly serious or something reserved for the fringes of society.
It might look like a sound bath. Sometimes it’s as simple as gentle movement, or being immersed in nature. Maybe it's dancing like nobody is watching, laughter and connection.
A bit of a hippie at heart, my own interest in wellness began through a fascination with alternative practices that help us feel more like our true selves - dropping the mask, stepping away from expectations and making more space for the things that genuinely light us up.
I’m trained in sound therapy and meditation, and continue to explore the many ways wellness can support us, without becoming another thing to tick off the list.
When I’m creating an experience for people, organisations or destinations, my intention is simple:
To create beautiful, welcoming experiences - with space to slow down and come back home to yourself. To reignite your inner light.
Wellness, thoughtfully curated.
