At Mary Elizabeth Wellness Ltd, we aim to provide restorative and transformative experiences through our sound baths, events, and services. Due to the nature of these events and limited spaces, all bookings are final within 7 days of the event, and refunds will not be provided once this period has passed.
1. Sound Baths & Events

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: You may request a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: No refund is available due to the nature of the experience and event planning.

In some cases, at our discretion, transfer to a future event may be offered.
2. Products / Jewellery

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receipt only if items are unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
