We’re coming out of the slower winter months, and into something a little lighter, but let's not rush it now...
This is an opportunity to reignite your inner light. We'll be setting intentions for the season ahead, and giving ourselves space to lie down, switch off, and to just let the body do its thing. Sound always travels to where it is needed most.
I’ll take you through a lovely little soundscape using Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and the crystal pyramid - all working to slow the nervous system down and bring you into a really restful state. Caroline Jane Intuitive will also be with me, offering her 1:1 Reiki support for another layer of healing.

This ticket includes a 60-minute immersive meditation and sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, grounding frequencies and crystal pyramid vibrations to guide you into deep relaxation. Simply arrive, lie down, and relax. Let the sound do the rest.
