The Monthly Reset is a live, online sound bath held once a month - a space to rest deeply, regulate your nervous system, and gently clear the weight of the weeks behind you.
Even through headphones, the body responds beautifully to frequency. Using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, shakers and other grounding instruments and therapeutic frequencies, this session supports:
