This New Moon Cocoon session is an invitation to slow down, settle in, and be held in a soundscape. We'll set some intentions for the month ahead and then you can fully switch off, lie back, and let the body relax.
I’ll guide you through a calming meditation and sound bath using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and the crystal pyramid - all working to soothe the nervous system and bring you into a deeply restful state. The vibrations and frequency of the sound travels to where it’s needed most. Just come as you are!
Caroline Jane Intuitive will be joining me, offering 1:1 hands-on & off Angelic Reiki throughout the session, adding an extra layer of support.
