About the event
Join me for an evening of deep rest and gentle healing through Reiki-infused sound. This month’s session is centred around coming back to stillness within ourselves - relaxing the nervous system, quieting the mind, and creating space to be present.
I'll guide you through a calming meditation and sound bath using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and the crystal pyramid - all working to soothe the nervous system and bring you into a deeply restful state. The vibrations and frequency of the sound travels to where it’s needed most. Just come as you are!
Caroline Jane Intuitive will be joining me, offering 1:1 hands-on & off Angelic Reiki throughout the session, adding an extra layer of support.

This ticket includes a 60-minute immersive meditation and sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, grounding frequencies and crystal pyramid vibrations to guide you into deep relaxation. Simply arrive, lie down, and relax. Let the sound do the rest.
