Virtual Sound Therapy
Participant Information & Consent

Unlike an in-person sound healing session, you'll be listening to the guided meditation and sound bowls through headphones or speakers rather than experiencing the physical vibrations of live instruments. The session is designed to encourage relaxation, mindfulness and a meditative state.

Before You Begin

For the best experience:

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

  • Listen at a comfortable volume using headphones or speakers.

  • Do not listen while driving, cycling or operating machinery.

  • If you feel uncomfortable at any point, simply pause or stop the session.

Health Considerations

Virtual sound baths are suitable for most people. However, please seek medical advice before participating if you have:

  • Sound-induced epilepsy or seizures.

  • Severe sound sensitivity (hyperacusis) or tinnitus that may be aggravated by headphones.

  • A medical or mental health condition where deep relaxation may not be appropriate.

If you're unsure, please consult your healthcare professional before taking part.
