About the event
Set in the Crystal Grotto at Painshill Park, this special sound bath invites you into a magical hidden cove within the 18th-Century landscape gardens.
Enter into the stalactite cave, covered with over 10,000 selenite, quartz, and calcite crystals.
You’ll be guided through a body scan meditation before settling into a sound bath with crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments, resonating round and amplifying the crystal energy of the cave.
Alongside the bowls, you may also hear birdsong, water, and wildlife from the surrounding park - a natural soundtrack that makes the experience truly unique.
