About the event
Set within the Crystal Grotto at Painshill, this sound bath invites you into a magical hidden cove beneath the landscape.
The Grotto is a naturalistic cave of rock, crystal, and water - where bubbling pools, rough stone, and stalactites are layered with selenite, quartz, and calcite crystals.
Water moves gently through the space, and light filters in from the lake outside, bouncing across the surface and scattering soft reflections throughout the cave. It feels both earthy and otherworldly - it's really something special!
You’ll be guided through a gentle body scan meditation before settling into a sound bath with crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments, amplifying the crystal energy of the cave.
Alongside the bowls, you may also hear birdsong, water, and wildlife from the surrounding park - a soothing natural soundtrack that flows in and out of the experience.
