Sunrise at Painshill: Forest Bathing Experience

There’s something pretty special about experiencing Painshill first thing in the morning - before the gates open, before the day's visitors arrive, with the landscape feeling completely your own. 

Join us for a gentle morning of forest bathing, immersed in the changing landscape as autumn begins to transform the park. Lisa from HINOKI Forest Bathing will guide us into presence, taking our time to wander through the landscape and pause along the way to notice what's around us - from the changing colours and textures of the season to the sounds of the morning and the feel of the fresh autumn air.

Rather than covering lots of ground, this is about slowing down and experiencing Painshill differently. There'll be plenty of opportunities to pause, breathe, look around and simply enjoy being outside.
