An antidote to overthinking, getting stuck in your head, and holding it all in.
Come back into your body through music, movement and sound.
Expect a somatic movement experience with Kavita, inviting you to move, shake things off, and reconnect with yourself.
Through mediation, breath, mantra, release, and somatic dance, you'll move through what's been stuck. The grief, the joy, the restlessness, the rage, the things without words.
As the energy then settles, Mary will guide you into a gentle sound bath to let it all go.
